We want each of our guests, whether a spa “regular” or a “newbie,” to truly enjoy their visit to Spa Southern Hills. Here’s some information to help make your Spa Southern Hills experience as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Scheduling Your Spa Treatments

Scheduling any of the spa treatments at our Tulsa spa requires a deposit of 50% of the service total with a major credit card and/or one of our gift cards. We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Feel free to ask whatever questions you might have about our treatments or the spa weekend package when you call or stop by!

Valuables

Please try not to bring valuables to the spa; the spa will not be responsible for them. It’s best to leave your jewelry and other valuable items at home. If you’re a guest of the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills, ask the concierge about having the hotel protect your valuables during your stay.

Gift Cards & Certificates

Gift certificates for our day spa treatments and spa weekend packages are available as individual spa treatments, gift packages, or by dollar amount. Please inform the spa that you’ll be using a gift card or gift certificate when you’re scheduling your day spa treatments or spa weekend package, and present the gift card or certificate at the time of service.

Please remember to hold your Gift Cards securely. Gift Cards that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced and Spa Southern Hills shall not be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

When to Arrive

Please try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatments to our Spa in the Tulsa Marriott Southern Hills. There is ample complimentary parking in the Marriott’s parking facility. Arriving a bit early will allow you some extra time to unwind before your day spa treatments.

As a courtesy to our other guests and to maintain the tranquil ambiance of our day spa environment, please remember to turn off your cell phone or pager when you arrive.

What to Wear

It’s okay to come to the spa in whatever outfit you’re wearing that day! We aim to make our day spa guests as comfortable as possible. Clients receiving single services will change in their designated treatment room while clients with multiple services will be fitted into a robe and provided a locker for clothing and personal belongings.

If you’re with us for a fabulous spa weekend package in Tulsa such as the lovely and romantic Couples Weekend Spa Escape, don’t forget to pack the right clothing for the hotel’s pool, the great dining in and around the hotel, and the many interesting places to visit in Tulsa.

What to Expect

We’re sincerely committed to giving you an escape like no other. You’ll always be informed of what is happening before and during your spa treatments and of the benefits or purpose of each treatment.

When appropriate, a staff member will ask you about your health or lifestyle regimen, to ensure that any day spa treatments you’re considering will not conflict with your health or a health program in which you’re participating. All such information remains completely confidential, and alternative spa treatments can always be considered.

Cancellations

Your spa services are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Spa’s scheduling. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us 3 days in advance and the 50% deposit will be refunded to your card.  If you notify us of cancellation or reschedule your appointment between 3 days and 24 hours in advance, the 50% deposit will be placed on your account to be used for future services within the next 12 months.  Any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments with less than 24 hours notice, as well as missed appointments, will be charged in full. Likewise, gift certificates used for payment will be voided for “no show” appointments and late cancellations/rescheduling.

Gratuity

Gratuities are left to your discretion and based upon your satisfaction with the services and your service providers. Envelopes are provided at the Spa checkout desk. Gratuities may be added to your room, credit card charge, or cash. 15%-20% recommended. A spa treatment price list can be found on the Online Menu; please note that the prices are subject to change without notice.

Younger Spa Guests

Spa Southern Hills does not permit children under the age of 10. Our treatment guidelines are as follows:

Age 10 to 15

  • 30 Minute Swedish Massage, 30 Minute Facial Massage, Revive Foot Ritual, Hydrotherapy Tub, Oxygen Treatment are all permitted  
  • Parent/Guardian must be present in the room and sign a consent form 
  • Same gender Licensed Massage Therapist is required

Age 16 to 18 

  • 30 and 60 Minute Swedish and Hot Stone Massages are permitted 
  • All Facial Massages, Revive Foot Ritual, Hydrotherapy Tubs, and Oxygen Treatment are permitted 
  • Parent/Guardian must sign a consent form 
  • Same gender Licensed Massage Therapist is required
